After a thrilling first-round series with Spring, the Highlanders are playing in the Area Round of Playoffs this weekend versus Langham Creek HS.
Game 1 will be at Cy Creek HS on Friday at 4:30 and we will be the “Visitor” on the first-base side. Tickets can be purchased at the gate for $5.
Game 2 will be at Magnolia HS on Saturday at 12:00 and we will be the “Home” team on the third-base side. Tickets for this game will also be $5 and must be purchased in advance here:
Game 3 (if needed) will be 30 minutes following the conclusion of Game 2.
Come on out and cheer on the girls as they Dominate their way to State!

The Highlanders finish district play with the run-rule victory over College Park and a 6-4 record. That put’s them in a four-way tie for first with Grand Oaks, Oak Ridge and Willis. What a year! Congratulations girls! Way to finish strong and continue the playoff streak! Keep it going!

Due to deteriorating field conditions and the impending weather forecast of rain and cold temperatures, we’ve decided to cancel the rest of the TWHS Varsity Round Robin Invitational Tournament. A big THANK YOU to the teams and fans from Bellaire, Cinco Ranch, Cy Ranch, Klein Oak and Liberty for helping to make this another successful tournament! We’d like to wish everyone the best of luck throughout the rest of the season!

2022 TWHS Varsity Tournament Schedule (1)
Below you can find information regarding parking, ticket prices and game times. Enjoy your time at Highlander Field!
Thursday – The closer to 3:00 people show up the better as it will allow the school traffic to exit. It will probably be easiest to park in the back lot by the cafeteria and walk to the field. Enter through the east most entrance at the end of the school and drive around the building. Once you come to the back of the building, there is a large parking lot next to some portable classroom buildings. Park there and walk to the concession stand. That is where the entrance to the park is. If you park in the front of the school, walk along the tennis courts to the back. Once you clear the tennis courts, you will see the field to the left. For the later games, more spots should be open closer to the field but you might be better off closer to the concession stand as that is where the entrance is.
Friday – As this is a school day, the parking lots will be full for students, faculty and staff. All visitors should enter the bus ramp on Millenium Forest and park in the grass median or along Millenium Forest. This will be at the west most end of the school past the large student parking lot. The spaces by the field are reserved for faculty and we have some who travel between campuses and will need those spaces later in the day. Once school is out at 2:35, people are more than welcome to pull around the back of the school and park by the field. But before 2:35, we need everyone to park in the front in the grass around the bus ramp or along Millenium Forest.
Saturday – No parking restrictions! Pull around the back of the school and park in an open spot.
Ticket prices will be $6 a day or a tournament pass for $15 for adults while students and seniors will be $4 a day or $10 for a tournament pass. We’ll have the concession stand open with plenty of hot food choices. Cash and Venmo will be accepted.
